I am qualified to make this as I just accomplished this (No real weightloss either)

I have a big waist and small hips naturally hips are all bone while waist is muscle and fat

1st I would like to say I am on medication that changes how my body stores fat
2nd these results can change depending on water intake and what u eat


1. DO NOT USE LAXITIVES
Pls even if u have issues just eat oats bananas and apples you can make it a smoothie if you want but the oats won't completely blend

2. Start working out (A MUST)
And no I don't mean cardio do strength straining specifically your core and back while being in a deficit I have lost only 1-2 lbs this week but my measurements have gone down

3. Skip one meal (breakfast or dinner)
Skipping that makes ur body burn more IF it's over 12 hours better if it's around 18 so fast between 6pm-10am or 10am to 6pm

4. Only measure urself once a week to avoid hyperfixating on it

5. Eat preserved or fermented food
Such as sourkruat or kimchi
Preserved includes banana chips or freeze dried fruit

I won't be cooked if my hips stay near the same size and I get to bmi 19 cuz last time I was bmi 19 my measurements were around

Bust 36
Waist 28
Hips 37

Also I think I'm having a 2nd puberty which is basically when a girls figure gets more feminine and usually happens between 17-20
