Ig focus on getting enough sleep, use products for under-eyes with vitamin c or caffeine.

U could try using contact lenses, some contact lenses are bigger so ur eyes look big. Altho idk if that will suit you.

You could also curl your lashes in a different way, avoid eyeliner on bottom line of ur eyes asw
