If you have a long masseter muscle belly then hypertrophying it can make the jaw more chad, you would train it like any muscle (not endurance)

To stimulate periosteal apposition (bone growth) you would then have to do endurance chewing for like and hour or an hour and a half

Also blast Gh and insulin and tren and do condylar stimming, also you can experimentally inject IGF-1 Des into your condylar cartilage area
Elaborate on condylar stimming my ramus also isn’t the best.

You just train jaw jutting back and forth, like jut forward with ur tongue slightly out and jut back as hard as you can till you feel it pinch near your ear and repeat smoothly. It directly stimulates the cartilage at the TMJ which induces more chondrocyte activity. Though it's probably minimal without gear use. Sounds silly

Sounds silly but logical. Also on gear of course so wish me luck.

By the jaw can normal jutting to normal jaw position also work? Also I can’t jut with my tongue out slightly some reason.

What does that have to do with ramus? I think it has to do with hyoid
No you fucking moron look at the swollen lymph node behind your ramus that is swollen as fuck and nuking your ramus visibility

No you need to jut as maximally forward and especially maximally back as possible
Also I can’t jut with my tongue out slightly some reason.
Your jaw naturally juts forward a bit with your tongue, you probably reached maximum forward jut

lol n***a you have a swollen lymph node

Tbh I had something like hers but using aqualyx like fucking nuked it. I don’t know if it’s actual swelling or genetic fat distribution that piles on-top of the submandibular lymph node. But me using aqualyx like basically nullified it’s prominence

I know abt it but it is permanent. Its visibility depends on lighting

Hard to change ramus length naturally. Implants could work nicely for a ramus length change

From tiktok
"I have that same swelling I think it’s our submandibular glands, it happens to us because our maxilla’s are recessed, so there’s not enough room for our tongue in our mouth, so the tongue pushes those glands out. Lefort 1 fixes this"

What do you think?

It dosen’t happen because your maxilla is recessed JFLLLL. The submandibular glands are just the lymph nodes near the mandible.

Look at the tonsillar lymph node, that’s what’s most likely swollen. If it gets any bigger or stays any longer than 4 weeks it could be serious, like cancer serious. It has nothing to do with the maxilla.

I've had it for years I think but it never got bigger. It also doesn't hurt

I will...any surgery to get rid of them?
Yeah but it’s generally not common for this procedure to be done without cancer. Look deeper into this I don’t know much about the lymphatic system.

Well I am pretty much sure I am not lucky enough to get it( it sounds crazy I know and I do not wish anyone this-I just wanna escape atp).

Merely an observation. You like to post your face and Turkish actresses who look like you. It's a subtle way to flex.

It's false modesty, narcissism even.
What? What turkish actresses looked like me? From what i've posted?

The only one that I have said I resemble a bit is biran damla yılmaz but this thing has been pointed out by others too.

The issue is just don’t mind this at this point,I gave up a long time ago. She’s like a cockroach, survives everywhere of off everything. If you starve her attention here she’ll just jester way more on TikTok. No point in fighting.
