okay so first u wanna go to a dermatologist or just do simple research
find out what's causing the acne
is it genetics or ur life style thats causing it
most of the time when ur nose is puffy it means ur bloated
so if u want to slim ur whole face in general just stay away from processed sugar and too much salt
but fix the acne because u mentioned ur African
if you dont fix it you will get hyperpigmentation in the future
