I just do it sometimes when I think about it most of the time I just rest my tongue on my roof lightly. I literally can’t rest it on the bottom of my mouth. Is that count as mewing or does it have to be hard on the top?

So just letting sit on the top of my mouth is regular mewing will that give me progress or only hard mewing and when I feel it feels like only my front of my tongue is on the top of my mouth

nah ur whole tounge should be flat against the roof of ur mouth

mewing isn't gonna give you any crazy results though it's more so just tounge posture
