recently been trying to put on more muscle but i can’t seem to keep my weight up, i have a really fast metabolism and i have been trying to put on weight for months now but i stay the same im at a 17.5 bmi

find your maintenance calories (the amount it takes to maintain weight), eat above that CONSISTENTLY, track calories to make sure you are accurate. for muscle, weight train + eat enough protein. be patient, both weight gain and loss takes time, the first spikes in weight that you will see will be water weight.
