No, I'm very white. But yes, you're correct. It's mainly present in the sebaceous glands where sebum is produced. High-glycemic diets, which contain a lot of simple sugars (breads, pastas, so on), lead to elevated levels of insulin and IGF-1, which in turn stimulate sebaceous glands which stimulates sebum. I can't wash my hair right now.Dandruff shampoo
Raw primal and use egg yolk wash instead of shampooThing is I can't wash it everyday, fixing diet doesn't get rid of it completely. Any ideas?
dandruff = bad diet + shampoo will increase it and dosen't solve the actual problem which is the gut.Well, if you can't wash it, it kind of ruins a majority of options. If you're needing a "dry" method, just comb it out with a brush and ruffle your hair. Don't brush near your scalp or you'd just kick up more dandruff and you'd irritate your scalp.
I fixed my diet bud. Will not do primal. I do not use shampoo either.dandruff = bad diet + shampoo will increase it and dosen't solve the actual problem which is the gut.
I agree that in most cases shampoo will make it worse. I was going to suggest adding a serum to the scalp and to massage it in, but normally they require you to wash it out after a while. He said he can't wash his hair at the moment and that he doesn't wash hair every day. I'm sure there's some leave-in options, but I've never really tried them as they make the hair look greasy afterwards. But that's what I meant by washing, not so much shampoo by itself.dandruff = bad diet + shampoo will increase it and dosen't solve the actual problem which is the gut.
How? Priminal is the correct human diet. Use egg yolks then. I had serbroic demratisis that was way worse and would cause me to miss classes in school because of the itch. fixed it with dietI fixed my diet bud. Will not do primal. I do not use shampoo either.

I can wash, but not right now, just looking for a way to clear it today. Can only wash 1-2 times a weekWell, if you can't wash it, it kind of ruins a majority of options. Yes.When you say primal diet, you do mean raw right?
Honestly, that's probably your issue. It took me years to admit that I had to wash my hair more often because I liked the hairstyle I was doing for a long time, but it fixed my issue when I finally caved in and did short showers every day.I can wash, but not right now, just looking for a way to clear it today. You black? Also the fungus would begin in the gut and be fed by foods such as bread and pasta.Honestly, that's probably your issue. To my understanding, dandruff is caused by an overgrowth of a fungus called Malassezia Globosa (or Seborrheic Dermatitis). You can't get rid of it by doing a lot of dry methods, as it's just going to come back. When you go so long between washes, it gives it enough time to be annoying. It could be caused by stress, but it's unlikely. It's statistically it's likely the oil of scalp, the sweat on your body and the fungus enjoying itself that's causing your issues. You can try looking into medicated shampoos but otherwise you'd need to contact a doctor of some kind to get antibiotics.
Eggs are fine but eating the meat is foolish dawg.Yes.
I need pasta, carbs for runs and races. Yes I'm black. You black? Also the fungus would begin in the gut and be fed by foods such as bread and pasta.

Then just brushing it out should be fine. Assume by default though that if you see it, that people see 30% more than what you see. Most people probably don't notice it because of the hairstyle you have, but it's a rule I generally try to live by when it comes to deciding choices for my appearance. The dandruff isn't very big. Again, bacteria is healthy for you as it will help the gut.Dude tapeworm and bacteria dawg.
you IQ mog 99% of the ppl here. Diet in general is most effective way to looksmax if you are serious about looksmaxxing and fixing health issues then it would be a first and everything else a last. Raw diet imo is the most natural and easy way to correct internally issues as cited by the disease and degernation book. No, I'm very white. But yes, you're correct. Still, a diet is harder to change than scalp routine. I'm not sure a raw diet is a good alternative to this situation, but I understand why you believe it to be.
