rn i have to sleep on my back after jaw surgery for the next 3 months or it can mess me up. you shouls start by kinda sleeping in a more 'sitting' position and then lower it into sleeping on your back over the next week. ur body will ajust and you'll end up waking up in the same position. it's annoying as hell but you just have to force yourself.

if you're not post surgery though it won't change anything I've always been a side sleeper and I'm not assymetrical.

Don't sleep on your back, it causes sleep apnea and other things. Side sleeping is the natural way
