Please study theosis, and the ancient teachings of Christ, not in a Gnosticism way.
I’m Orthodox but you don’t necessarily have to label yourself, simply finding your truth is peaceful enough. You’ll find praying out loud reveals, what your mind and heart desire, where your priorities are, and what you wish would be.
Whether you’re religious or not, hopefully you’ll find something calm in this. It truly helped me, I used to be very lost.
