bhai i think that even a female shows no interest or literally tells me to leave them alone i still want to chase them more becauee i rhink they are trying to get me to chase them, how can i stop?

either actually understand that something is over and its going to end like that or just keep the ego its honestly not bad to stay delusional

Delusional stems from the inability to accept.

To stop being delusional we must accept the situation at hand, and once we accept this we can move on and focus on improving ourselves and the whole situation
