I don’t really know, I struggle with that as well. The best way to approach this is to tell yourself that you don’t know people’s whole life and they only show what is beneficial for them to show and maybe they’re more miserable than u

People need to just be assigned with eachother and not associate with anyone else except eachother tbh

I don’t really know, I struggle with that as well. The best way to approach this is to tell yourself that you don’t know people’s whole life and they only show what is beneficial for them to show and maybe they’re more miserable than u

Only talk with ppl who are in just a shitty situation as u and don't have any friends to talk to so u can't be jealous of them
