I would say you should talk with them about their hobbies, their passions, what they like etc... It's the same strategy with women, the more they talk about them and what they like, the more they appreciate you overtime because it triggers the dopamine/serotonine system. But talk with the guys you like, not the desesperate because they will developp an one-itis
