Using 1RM:
Bench = 1.25 × bodyweight
Squat = 1.5 × bodyweight
DeadL = 2 × bodyweight

All 3 must be above or same
so about 250 bench, 300 squat, dl-420

current bench is 225, not 1RM so potentially higher.

405 squat, good lower genetics for the most part.

405 DL as well, stopped dl's due to back pain, switched to smith

Bro when I used to go to the gym when I was like 15 I could only bench like 75kg while weighing around 90kg, but I could squat like 150kg. I could never understand how people could just start going to the gym and bench their body weight so quickly.

My bench was always better than my squat idk why lol
I went to the gym for like 3 months only going once or twice a week cuz I would sneak in
At a bodyweight of like 72 71kg I benched 95kg deadlifted 140kg conventional and squatted 80kg
