How to thicken eyebrow and increase eyelash volume without minoxidil?

Makeup, I guess. Using eyebrow gel, eyebrow pencil, and using mascara. I don't know enough about makeup to suggest anything about it though. I know people use Bimatoprost for eyelash growth. Why are you trying to avoid Minoxidil?
