how to use gua sha?

Ive heard it works well but whats the best way to actually use it? Ik it does more harm than good when its used wrong so what's the right way to use it

Ur right because If your to overweight no gua shae will make u lose fat if your skinny maybe slightly but more destined to your bones

gua sha only gives like temporary "face lift" (if ur not bothered by a routine, u can use it but has to be daily)

but for me I use gua sha to debloat my puffy morning face along with ice

it doesnt have any permamnent effects, since i have a baby face i just use it to depuff my face in the morning as well as ice globes
