What would be a collagen increasing product that is safe to apply to the testicles i can use to tighten my ball skin?

I've tried vitamin d/k2 from thorne, pansterone (liquid dhea + pregnenolone) and lanolin. Nothing seems to be pushing the needle.
I think i fucked up my ball bag putting topical test and dht dissolved in ethanol leaking from my dick on to ma balls.... ye ye

microneedling, always constantly wear spf, you can use retinoids such as tretonoin (forgot how to spell it) and tarozetene (forgot how to spell that as well)
injectable ghkcu is also great and make sure you eat a healthy diet
