I'd say a complete restart would be ideal.

restarting is kinda impossible unless you wanna unlearn how to communicate with another humen being, if u wanna start over i would recomend to get into a completly new circle of friends who act differant, i did the same (even if i didnt want to imma bfr) and i changed my way of acting and talking

yeah I've been seeing slightly changings over time, nothing where I want it to be tho, don't even know why I got this idea of changing, I guess I can't imagine myself acting this way 10+ years from now.
