I assume some of you may know what warhammer 40k is, it's a fictional world with a giga human population maybe around 500 trillion or 1 quadrillion. Since population is that large, the top 0.00000000001 percent of men and women would be horribly beautiful. And the chance of such a man or woman in our world being born would be 0.008 or less.

how do you think would such a person look with near flawless structure?
Do you think there has been someone like that ever?
