Didn’t know that I was balding cause my hairline stayed the same the whole time I was loosing hair from the crown area

Finastride is calling

Damn, have you started any type of preventive action yet ?
That’s the most brutal one cause those n*****s don’t even know it until someone points it out
Yeah when I really started to take preventive action was just after being told that my hairline was cooked by one of my friends.

He has to wait until he’s done with puberty tho until he can actually do something about it let’s hope he doesn’t pass Norwood 2
Non-cope alternatives like shown on my first guide can be good to implement early on, those being massaging the scalp, supplements and ketoconazole shampoo.
My dad was bald at 20 don't talk to me about hair im living this shit
From what I know it's actually from the mother's side

Only this the rest are cope
It's not, there's actual studies made on scalp massaging about how it can promote hair growth by increasing the blood flow to the follicles (kinda like minoxidil) and supplements is because most of us have shit diets with suboptimal levels of all nutrients which can affect hair health and density early on.

These have like barely any effects on your hair I mean unless you’re heavily malnourished no meaningful effect will happen

Really ? Thought it was the thing that may have helped me the most to restore my hairline. From what I see the actual impact of supplements like zinc and vitamin D on hair growth and male pattern baldness remain uncertain. Even then I would recommend doing all those three for overall hair health.
