I’m denying, as long as I’m not getting to the point of being pale , waking up seeing black and having dark eyebags because of starvation i don’t have an ED!

It’s not near death , I’m not diagnosed and I will not self diagnose an ED, mental illness is not something to be proud of like many people try to make it , so as long as my therapist won’t say anything about my actions I’m fine
