I’m so close to cutting my tongue tie at home

a peice of skin attaching ur tongue to the bottom of ur mouth so you can’t stick ur tongue out far but it causes a lot of problems health wise and aesthetically i can barely have proper tongue posture because of it too

yikes I wouldn't do that. if you're an adult mewing isn't even meant to do much as far as changing your bone structure because your face is pretty much done growing.

Not that I really think mewing does that much for you idk

fr mewing definitely doesnt do what some retards think it does like it’s not gonna change ur skeleton but your tongue is supposed to be at the top of ur mouth

yea its supposed to be at the top, my whole tongue doesn't go to the top or anything but it still makes the skin arround my jaw tighter when doing it. Which like you said is proper tongue posture.

TF don't do that it's dangerous. The tongue tie is made to not swallow and choke with th tongue if you're passing out. Plus it will be painful and you risk an infection with the mouth bacteria

Not bone, but proper lower jaw muscles activation (mylohyoid & disgastric muscles). but if you want mewing to work, these muscles need to be stretched because they are tight, and mewing isn't strong enough to activate these muscles, it needs to be combined with high rep neck curls
