You can’t really change bone structure, but you can improve forearm/hand strength and make your veins pop. Grip work, ring training, and finger extensions help

I don’t think there is a way. Those are genetic.
 
lift a plate with a judo belt wrapped around ur hand then do wrist flexions to lift it
 
or js look up arm wrestler strength routines
