I need to loose weight, rn I'm kinda fat.
I am 161 cm and 56 kgs
This is what I am doing for weightloss rn:
2L water a day
15 000 steps a day
Calorie deficit (700 minimum and 1200 calories max a day)
I eat no food with sugar (or honey/sirup ect) unless it's natural, like in milk and fruits.
Workout once a week
I know that I should workout more but I have almost no time to do it. I will try to do it more often tho
