What is a delusion?

Crazynes is the complete absence of reason, not its opposite. A person who is opposite to reason is just someone wrong instead of crazy.
But in a world where every physical phenomenon can be Analize with physics in the philosophical meaning, then everything as a dynamic to explain it self, being craziness not a quality of the object but rather a mere comente on the observation of the observer. Specially given the fact that crazy people have their own animalesque reasons, logic, to do what they do.

Epistemology showed the complete lack of security in having a bullet prove method of learning the truth. Every science, theory..., mere accepted thanks to plausibility. Historically , every knolodge in science as evolved, calling its previous versions of wrong, mistaken, irrational...

Instead of determing what a delusion, the hardest thing is determing with precision what can not, in any means, be a delusion. If you were crazy, would you know it?
