Just 4 days but I feel like the extra thread or whatever they use going outwards like it wasn't done right or needed cut and they stitched a operculum like a bad one to the middle of my cheek

If you're only noticing it after 4 days, then it's possible it's just shifted over while it's dissolving. If you feel like something is wrong with the actual surgery / treatment you got then I would call them and tell them your concerns.
