I literally see people shorter than me all the time and I live in the west, like grown men who are shorter and they look normal too, they don't look deformed or anything and so don't i, I have a pretty good build (not physiq) despite being that short, like my bones look normal and I don't look deformed, but social media made me believe that people under 5'9 are literally unnatural looking when they're not

My older brother is 5'6 max and he looks okay ish irl, a bit short but his proportions are fine, that's a good sign you shouldn't gymmaxx if you're below 5'7, then you'd actually look deformed
