I have OCD and for some reason, whenever I follow someone on a website, I get sick and I can't stop thinking about it gang. Already know I'm gonna hear 'schizo' and get laughed at, etc but I can't help it dawg. 😂

Been thinking about heading a to a facility that helps people with OCD but shits to expensive. Im not sure if it's worth it and I haven't even told my friends and family about it.

What's the specific intrusive thought? That you need it to be at a certain number or that the act of following someone is inherently wrong to do?

Idk man. It just makes me sick and I don't have a problem with anybody I've already followed.

My girl has OCD. The biggest problem with it is it makes the things you enjoy (using this site) into something stressful for no reason. It's hard and it never makes logical sense so I can see how saying something to others makes you feel insane. You might have OCD, you might not. Might be worth checking out.

I know a very painful method to combat and greatly improve ocd, but I don't recommend it. What I do recommend, since ocd considers a 50-50 cause-and-effect relationship, is to loosen your grip and force yourself, little by little, not to give in to the disorder. If you have the impulse to do or not to do something, do it the next time. You probably already do that.

Sorry for the repetitions

If you were to ask me which method I'm referring to, I'll not tell you because it's not 'scientifically' proven to work, but I think it does.
