I feel really dizzy for some reason

My throat kinda hurts and I keep on coughing

Fuck last night wws just painful, I was taking like an hour to fall asleep and waking up after half an hour

Happened MULTIPLE times

I also just generally just feel like I’m gonna be sick as well
