Oddly enough life doesn’t reward the most beautiful or most intelligent people, just those who aren’t afraid to test their luck. I read a really good reply in this thread about that, so I’d assume your cousin was at the right place and right time. A lot of these abusive relationships also start off really strongly, im sure he didn’t reveal his true self until it seemed like too much effort to leave. That and most women are dumb and compassionate to a fault. She’s for sure holding onto the idea of who she thought he was and using that as an apology for his current behavior, but that’s not going to end well.

I’m sure there’s a scientific explanation for this. Like why we feel super strongly about a typically “good” person making a small mistake while celebrating a notoriously difficult person for performing a decent act.

It's kinda the opposite atm i feel overconfident especially when his side of our family wish he was as successful as me it's kinda boost my ego.
