I finally realised what surgeries I need.

1. Trimax to fix sfs
2. Rhinoplasty
3. Implants with giant.implants

After trimax and rhinoplasty I'll have a base like this guy in the first picture but with good nose and philtrum. Then Periorbital implants, malar implants, jaw implants. If after these surgeries I don't become a chad, I will just beardfraud + long hair.
