I used lip liner cause of my top lip being too small and stopped the contour on my cheeks my eyebrows are still in the process of growing out

If ur open to a Canthopexy it might help reduce your scleral show plus ur tilt obviously will be more ideal
i feel like more of cat eye would suit u really well with your green eyes

If u want to do dark waterline, use brown and make it thicker (imo it looks more natural that way)

it looks thin which makes it looks weird
