i got an ecg this morning and had to get out my fat gut

The nurse was a pretty woman, and my fat gut was hanging out as she strapped plungers to my body. It was pretty embarrassing I also have a semi beard and gross outgrown hair so I must have been a sight. I also have pectus excavatum so adds to how strange my body and gross I am. n****r
