Yeah, I used to be like that. It only happens when you overthink before talking to her. Once you're in the convo, it's easy.
Exposure therapy, talk on mic to girls on discord, then move to schoolgirls, then onto random girls.

I believe I caught a glimpse of it. 3 years ago, I met a girl with whom I shared a few hour talk on her bed, after a movie date.

And yes... we only talked. There were moments where it could've been more, she even showed me a tattoo on her thigh, letting me touch it, jfl. It wasn't just anxiety holding me back, also an irrational preservation of this "perfect" moment, fearing the action would've collapsed the purity of it.

Even now, years later, I still remember the talk, the topics, the jokes. There's something really special about connecting with someone on a deep emotional level...
