i don't really understand the point you're trying to make , the environment you're born in is also 100% luck , you don't chose where you're born or what your parents will feed you growing up and the habits they will instill in you , looks are like 90% luck since your base will be determined by luck , then it's up to you to just not be a total piece of shit

Nature and nurture both have an effect on how a person will be.

Genetics will determine some of it obviously, but the environment someone grows up in will also have a major impact.
