I once had a guy friend that was super slow,motherfucker blocked me.
One day he told me “I’m going to start hitting the gym” and I told him “do you know what to eat properly?” He said yes.
The next day this fucker sent me a picture of his bowl of fruits and has been telling me “this is the only thing I’ve been eating”.
Like is this guy genuinely retarded?🤦🏻‍♀️ No protein and just carbohydrates and fiber and he tells me that it’s the best for hypertrophy.

Like sometimes,people like these make you frustrated whenever you talk with them.

Fruits good b4 a workout, u don’t need protein every day
Yeah of course I can understand that carbohydrates before a workout is good,but what would hypertrophy be without protein and the essential amino acids?
