Not because I have some kind of idk denial of death, or I miss them. Not to sound edgy because this entirely isn't, but I've never cared when anyone died ever since I was a kid. Now I have that natural reaction + the acceptance of death as a concept.

I just don't like the way people react to it. Everyone else cares and I don't, I'm expected to care. I just wanna get on with life as normal and everyone becomes a liability, useless and depressed, holding me back.

your tiny brain just can't process the fact that someone you knew or even loved is gone forever. the brain has different ways to cope with stressful situations. You'll eventually feel something unless you're a straight psychopath and have a literal impediment to experience any feelings at all

I doubt I have aspd. I think I'm emotionally stunted or whatever but I'm not completely void in the way psychopaths describe it.

My family's about as shitty as one can be. My grandparents were OK but my parents had me late, so they never really bonded with me the way they should I suppose.

sounds like you have traits of it, maybe not diagnosable though

family dysfunction, with for example maternal deprivation, can alone cause aspd, especially if present during early development
