I can go to Chick-fil-A after my shift as long as I stay under 800 calories for the meal OR I can go home and eat leftover lasagna (downside is I have no way to measure calories as it was homemade)

Why do you need to stay under 800 calories? if you cheated on your meal one day it is what it is
I went a little crazy on the pastries today lmao. maintenance is 1800cal/day

It is what it is, chick fil a is bound to have terrible macros and carbs regardless, it’s not always about the calories. I’d say the lasagna
okay!! I'm just working on dropping a few pounds rn not building muscle or anything if that matters
