so once i was in my jiu jitsu sparring, and my partner (20 kg more than me by that time) made a movement (i dont remember the name) that would place his entire weight on my face, so i was with my right side of my face pinned in the floor, so i resisted the weight, and right after i stand up i feel my jaw "dislocated". i opened and closed my jaw and i felt a "click", and my jaw drifting to the right as i was opening or closing it. so now, basically the resting position is shifted some milimeters to the right, if i open my mouth a little bit, it will shift a little bit to the left and be like in a aligned position in relation to my top front teeth line, and if i open wide it will shift again to the right. if i move my jaw forward, it will also shift "naturally" to the right about 1.5 cm or more

HOW DO I FIX THIS
it doenst usually hurt but sometimes it does bruh im tired ive had this since 2 years now

You most prolly have TMJ internal derangement (disc displacement with/without reduction) or chronic condylar/soft tissue subluxation from that trauma. Clicking + deviation toward one side on opening is pretty common for anterior disc displacement w reduction (the disc slips off the condyle and then reduces to noise + deviation).

Get a,
TMJ MRI (closed & open mouth) to see the articular disc and soft tissues, it'll tell if the disc reduces (clicking) or is permanently displaced.
CBCT/CT (or panoramic xray for screening) if you think there's a bone injury, condylar fracture or sm osteoarthritic bony change.

Go to an oral & maxillofacial surgeon (OMFS) experienced w TMJ disorders OR a dentist specialized in orofacial pain/TMD. If GP is...

Go to the maxillofacial surgeon asap, jaw clicking is the first thing they ask you about, sign of TMJ
