Discussion I have ADHD, and I can't watch TV shows/movies anymore

I can't focus/concentrate because my mind is getting distracted super fast and I can't sit still. Or I just rewind back a lot because I don't wanna miss a word or frame. I can only watch shows when played in the background or that I have already seen

My attention span is truly fucked

I really want to watch those awesome shows, but this disease keeps fucking me over

Brutal. I have OCD and it affects me in the similarly but not as severe. Have you thought of visiting a psychiatrist?

Brutal. I have OCD and it affects me in the similarly but not as severe. Have you thought of visiting a psychiatrist?

I might have something similar to that too. Studying is also very difficult for me. Huge potential but not mentally capable. Never been to a psychiatrist though
