I have reached a 26inch waist whilst skinny-fat

Shoot, I always wore 32 inch waist pants. Then after 25 I wore 34 for the longest time. Then about 2 years ago I moved up to 36. Now I'm 37 and just bought new jeans the other day at 40inch waste.

not even real sugar just weird chemicals. One of my american friends showed me a pic of his snack. It was a tiny plastic bag with tiny carrots. The ingredients list was so long it was so funny what the hell kind of ingredients do they need for carrots.
