Including black coffee, coffee, tea, gum, coke zero/diet coke etc
Since I'm that close to day 7 should I continue past day 7 or stop and eat my box of Oreos after day 7 and then continue and this time make it to 10 days instead of 7

Btw little to no physical change def didn't lose any bodyfat in the face I'd have to go atleast 20 days to be noticeably leaner
