I found it so fucking ass. But I enjoyed the manga (except for the ending and the fact that a gang member became stronger by crying) and I read it in like 2 days without stopping.

That’s because you’re heartless!! I can relate to the idea of wanting to go back into the past to fix the present and future. And just how desperately Takemichi wants it to happen. It moved me.
It was also pretty heartbreaking when Mikey asks Takemichi to save him and it brings him to death basically. And how Mikey says he was never happy in his life. I could relate to that, made me shed a tear.

I identify a lot with that idea bro. Every day I wish I could go back, not make the same mistakes and appreciate the nice moments more like coming home from school to watch Pokemon Black and White or having breakfast with my brother watching Dragon Ball before going to the masjid or saying I love you more often and kissing those who are no longer here. That's the reason I started the anime and the reason I continued with the manga. It has good moments and is easy to read, but the things that came out week after week simply made me give less credibility to the manga, it became unbearable for me and I was the only one of my friends who finished it.
