easy to make, doesn’t look that appetizing but it tastes good and is easy to make

do you get your chicken and put it in a pan

season, salt and pepper, oregano, and one bay leaf

add bell peppers too, theyre technically veggies but only serve for flavor, they shrivel up and become tasteless after cooked, i eat them cuz im a fatty but that’s besides the point

after this chop your veggies, i only did potatoes because i was too lazy to do otherwise

then put in around 30 ML of water, tiny splash if you don’t have a scale handy

jewamerica chicken drops a lot of water when cooked so i don’t add that much

if your chicken doesn’t drop much water you’ll need to add more

leave for 20 min on medium heat and it’ll be done

i just make sum shit in the air fryer if I want smt quick tbh
 
I got on it initially for collagen, but it makes me sleep like a baby so I have it at night, highly recommend it
how do you make it?


just boil bones? do they have to beef or chicken

how long? lmk

i have trouble sleeping
