What helped me fix these shadow illusions was taking 40 tabs of Benadryl in a ambient dark but lit room home alone with sharp objects around me

I'm not on any drugs, actual spices are toxic anyway shouldn't be consuming powdered herbs and plants anyway

yeah i took benadryl a few days ago and it was the fucking worst
shit made me legit feel like I was gonna get killed or smt
the "hallucinations" weren't even cool, just saw spots over my walls and moving shadow figures and knocking sounds n shit
I think I took like 250 mg for first time
I already have high anxiety that shit just amplified it plus gave me paranoia too

I don't know why people abuse that stuff
but I think the hallucinogenic effects are still lingering
