I lied on my resume with employment dates. I said "August 2022-Present" on resume even though it was "Janauary 2023-2024". How cooked am I?

I got a job offer after 14 months of NEETing at a entry level remote sales job.

However, they conduct a background check.

Do I just pray that they only verify that I'm not a criminal and just verify that I actually worked there? If I get caught, do I just deny the accuracy of the report?

ur Indian they will probably expect u to be working 4 jobs all at once while driving cab and yelling at some guy from India on the phone
