It's up to you if you want to become a real mod later then do your job and apply the .org rules.
After you've read the rules roughly just trust your guts

I don't do any discord .com server work rn just my admin stuff, and for now it's less work than .org for sure but still time consumming, hence why i declined the .org mod offer back then
