How I drink water after my workouts?
You arent going to lose 10 lbs of fat in a week
The calories you consume contain nutrients or carbohydrates that help you maintain excess water
When you consume less of those you hold less water, but also lose fat overtime

ok I see. I dont know too much about weight loss. im not a nutritionist lol

I'm not either just a subhuman teenager
But that should explain the excessive loss. Most you should expect is around 1-1.5 maybe 2 from here on out
