You also shouldn't consume for fun, only when needed before big events like interviews or periods of high stress. A woman needs more iron as she loses it via her periods + they have smaller appetites.

You must keep her healthy and happy

2) Emotional uses, it's good to have a woman to talk to and relief stress. I am being serious, we biologically just need each other. They are there TO be ther for us, if that makes sense. It is in their nurturing nature. If she doesn't have this "nurturing nature", then she is far too brainwashed. Depending on where you live, they can either be the majority or the minority, keep this in mind.

3) Sex, you need it as a male.
