I mean i can tell you probably dont live in america we never had free healthcare and that just means lower taxes and you dont have to wait 20 years for surgery theres up sides and down sides of both free and not free

Yes they do. That is technically less rights than in the UK. America is meant to be a free country yet people especially women feel like they can’t do what they want.
