I got my first fillers about 9 months ago and they haven’t dissolved/migrated. But my injector is a board certified derm with 15+ years of experience and I feel like he knows a good bit about facial aesthetics. The migration factor hugely depends on the injector, place of injection and the amount that you inject per single session
